Post Associate Stint HH Outreach
At what point can you reach out to the HH that placed you at your current shop for senior associate roles? Does this change if you got the offer to stay at your current firm?

Majority of HHs have explicitly written agreements that they will not poach from their own clients, so you would need to use different HHs. I suppose if the firm 100% does not want you to stay on, you can tell the HH that and they will clear it with the firm, but that's not exactly a great way to inspire confidence. Use different HHs.
Yeah so it seems like if you use a headhunter once you can’t use them again which seems odd to me
