Was comp being flat from D2 to MD just a function of the year and timing? Was the D2 year a really good one? Or do you expect similar numbers going forward? Thank you.

What are your hours like on average? 90-100?
Avg week is ~14hr days Mon-Thurs, ~9hr Friday, plus another ~10hr cumulative spread over the weekend. Call it ~75 all-in. Deal sprints are obviously more (can get >100), but plenty of quiet weeks are in the 50-60 range.
Impressive - congrats! Do you know whether other MFs pay broadly in line? Are you up for promotion this year? Seems like this might be APO and hence above peers, but I might just be ill informed. Thanks!
