Incoming SA @ >1Tn aum LO with 3 tech l/s experiences at <1Bn aum Sms. Going to semi target. 

Is it possible to recruit tech/MFPE out of ug? or am i stuck in public equity?

Any tips for breaking in from all l/s no banking exps and which shops if any take non-banking kids?
