Almost exclusively recruit from Harvard, Wharton, Columbia and Michigan. Unsure if this held up this past cycle.
Comp is above street. Also just raised a big fund on their GE side.
Recruits at a few MBA programs (forgot which ones), seems fairly selective at the summer associate internship level too

What are exit opps? And how well known is it on the street
Not too sure about exit opps but they’re on every major sports/entertainment deal so I’d imagine pretty good. Involved in PGA/LIV, WWE/UFC, think they did olympique Lyon soccer club too.
Their corporate / startup media & entertainment exits are very strong. By choice, I don't think many of their exiting bankers go into PE / HF long term.
