I am looking to make the transition from wealth management and breaking into Real estate private equity. Are there any programs or certifications anyone would recommend? Along with any specific skill sets, I should really focus on and master. All feedback is welcomed. I am a real estate investor as well and feel like the transition would work well since I've got experience in asset management and also real estate industry.

If you are confident that you can get interviews, then focus on getting those modelling skills on point. I would suggest you do a bayfield training or some other you find online with good feedback.
