I will join an infra PE firm, not one of the super large ones, right out of college in a few months. My goal is to move to a larger fund down the road like at an associate. I'm not in a top bbanking group so how do I accomplish that? Should I cold email the recruiters my target companies use? What should my strategy be, who should i network/how?
