Restrictions on dividend payout for US companies
Hi all - I was trying to find out if there are any restrictions on dividend payout for US companies? Many countries have some sort of regulatory or legal(usually tax law) restrictions that goes a lot deeper than just retained earnings. But I couldn't find any for US companies. Need advice.
