Restructuring Compensation w/Equity Kicker

I'm considering an opportunity at a MM restructuring firm (not NYC) and am curious what comp generally looks like at an Associate level. I was told that every restructuring that this group assists with has a Director and an Associate running it. Each person has an equity kicker so performance is obviously tied to the sales price of the company they're working with, but they were otherwise very vague. These are companies with EBITDA of $5-25MM. Does anyone have experience in this realm? What kind of comp could I assume after a successful exit worst case/best case? Base comp is $120k.
