They've been killing it the last 5+ years so I imagine they are market with other solid MM / UMM shops.
as someone who interviewed there, these guys are living large. keep in mind that cost of living advantage from living in atlanta as well. top partners have private planes, box seats in falcons stadium, etc. i imagine their comp for senior IPs would skyrocket as they do their 2-3 IPOs/Exits in 19/20
