Santander is Paradise?
Hey all - came from target school (think Harvard, Penn, Baruch (I did not go to Baruch just wanted to toss that name in there)) interned at CS and joined Santander and let me tell you. It is Paradise (in a standard group - but like I don’t even know what the top group is at the bank). Great WLB and pay in street now, I guess prestige is not ideal but we are on Ferrari F1 cars so take that CVP / EVE but tbh don’t really know what I’ve learned. Feels like I’ve just been chilling which is cool but lowkey interested in PE opportunities. Is MF possible??? Happy to run on-cycle for 26. Thoughts on this? ???

60 now, but bonus is very bad.
Pay is street for AN 1 110 base and regular bonus size
