Secondaries - 1 Hour Business Case - Advice

Will have a Business Case test with a mid cap Secondaries in Europe. They are generalist but do not invest in Infra or RE.

I dont have much experience in Secondaries, only in Primaries and Directs. Since it is 1 hour only, and will need to develop the valuation and thesis, will kindly ask :

  • Presentation structure / Timing
  • Main analysis to be done
  • Relevant metrics for Secondaries ( Discount...)
  • Any previous post / links useful / further advice.

Much appreciated it.

Thanks,
