Secondaries Technicals

Hi all,

I am looking for insight into anyone’s experience with technical interviews & case study interviews for secondaries. My initially searching yielded limited results specific to secondaries.

What technical questions did they ask? What was the case like? Anything in excel or strictly verbal? What was your most difficult question? What was the format of the DCF/LBO/etc question?

Please keep it specific to technicals, not behavioral. TYIA!
