Shepherd Ventures (San Diego, CA)?

Sorry that this is the wrong forum but there is no VC forum specifically and I wasn't sure where to post.

Hi - was wondering if anyone has any info on this firm. They reached out to me and I couldn't find much info. Most of their interns seems to be working on a specific portfolio project instead of what I imagine would be general VC work (sourcing, DD, etc.). No existing info on WSO either, seems pretty lowkey. If anyone could talk about their reputation and the work they do that would be great, thanks!
