Should a private equity buy Celestica

Hi,

I am curious if anyone in here is following Celestica (NYSE:CLS). What do you guys think about their last report? I believe it is a good company to be acquired by KKR or other PE, i think there it is not managed properly and if a smart PE goes in, it can spin it off and make a killing.

What do you guys think? Should it be bought by a PE? and why?
