Should I take this headhunter call?

Hi, I just got an email from a headhunter about a very attractive PE associate opportunity for summer 2025 (I’m a second year analyst). Unfortunately, I haven’t done model prep since I was not expecting to look for a position until the winter, so I would not be prepared to interview. Should I still respond to the headhunter, maybe just asking them about interview timeline? How long would it take for an analyst working 80+ hours a week to prepare? Appreciate it
