Should I take this unpaid PE internship (freshman)

I recently got offered an unpaid internship at a PE startup. Its part-time and I'm pretty sure I can handle it due to online school. I'm a freshman at a target. I've checked out the partners. They are legit-legit; HBS and the rest. I've checked out the firm. It is a startup but seems legit. Considering I have absolutely no finance experience so this is a huge learning opportunity and resume booster, is there any reason not to take it or are there any downsides to taking it (as long as I can keep my grades up).

For what its worth, I did a similar thing freshman year. The partners at that shop ended up introducing me to a bunch of their friends on the buy-side, ended up at a BB thanks largely to these connects. Not saying this will happen to you (hopefully it does) but nonetheless you have good stories to talk about in interviews. So 100% recommend
