Anyone go through their interview process before or know how they hire out of undergrad?
I go to a target school for them but don't know anyone personally who's worked or spent a summer there. I've been told that they're hiring for their Menlo Park office for 2021 FT.
Any insight would be appreciated.

I think they pretty much hire solely out of their intern pool. Even then, the conversion rate is not exactly high. Might be wrong, though.
They’re collecting resumes. You’ll need to submit yours. The schools they’re targeting were given an email to send stuff to.
They hire from Wharton and have some connections with a few clubs and business frats (hired a few from the same clubs/frat) every year.
Anyone have details on the app? I go to an ivy but don't think it's a target for them, but doing my SA at a BB tech group so think I have a pretty strong app for them. Do they post online or is it just through back channels?
