Discuss. Do you think this will be a big hit to Silver Lake's reputation or will they still be regarded as a top tier PE investor? Is this is pretty common occurrence in PE or was Silver Lake exceptionally "evil"?

That said, imo, VC > PE, except for those few working in the specific PE firm.
