SoftBank Vision Fund

Hey guys, do you know how SB Vision Fund is like in APAC?

I go to one of the top PEs and was recently approached by a headhunter regarding the opportunity but couldn't find much information online and I don't know people who have worked previously at the Fund either.

Some specific questions would be:

1) How's the culture like? Is it bad in terms of work-life balance & culture in general? Just curious if it is more hierarchical / hard-working culture considering that it is a Japan-based firm.

2) Do you know the comp-level for associates esp. in the APAC region? Say Greater China/Singapore.. Would it match up to top-tier PEs? (say 250-300K USD

3) What's the interview process like? Given that it's focused on tech deals with crazy valuations, I would assume the valuation approach would very much differ from what conventional PEs are taking. Would it be more around investment idea pitches/thesis?

Any other comments would be very much appreciated!
