StepStone Client Service Analyst, Real Estate - Portfolio Analytics and reporting

Hey guys, currently have an offer from StepStone for a CSA position and was wondering how the exit ops would look like but also the chance to lateral to the investments team within StepStone? Some tasks the job entails are:

  • Reviewing and reconciling real estate specific data from general partners, such as property operating metrics, schedule of investments, and performance components
  • Monitoring and reporting of the investment activity and performance of leading private markets firms
  • Reviewing and reconciling quarterly reports, capital account information, and cash flow activity of monitored funds, and providing information used in preparing client reports
  • Managing data requests and reporting deadlines for assigned clients
  • Use performance reporting systems and analytics dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) to compile accurate and timely reports for external clients
  • Actively collaborate with various SPAR Client Teams to obtain all necessary information required for completion of deliverables, compiling final information in a manner consistent with SPAR’s global reporting master template standards.

starting pay is at $55k up to $75k with yearly bonus as well. Any advice is appreciated as I just graduated and would like guidance on how to navigate from here and don’t want to be pigeonholed.
