Curious if anyone has any new info on STG. Would love to know a bit about culture, comp, associate experience, typical recruiting timeline, returns, strategy (value software if I’m correct?), etc.

bumping this. have heard mixed things about their cultures (have things gotten better?) and what does comp look like specifically for associates? i understand associates can co-invest per another wso thread so how does this really look like and benefit associates numbers wise?
Don't know as much about culture and comp, but I do know that they have been on some crazy deals for a firm of their size (RSA, Trellix) and have done really well. The only thing I have heard about comp (which has been in other threads) is that it is "in line with MM comp".
