Stonehenge Capital or Stonehenge Partners? Both in Columbus and I believe they are related, but Partners is the actual PE firm, not the tax credit investor. I interviewed with them a few years back and they seem like a pretty standard LMM equity / mezz shop. Interview process was a few calls to meet the team (all fit, no technicals), an LBO modeling / case study, then a super day (didn't make it to the super day). According to an ex-employee, pay was pretty low (base under 6 figs) and the job included a lot of mundane financial reporting to the govt because they're classified as an SBIC. My understanding was this made the hours pretty bad. All in all, if you want to do PE and want to be in Columbus, it's probably one of the better opportunities.
