Stupid IC deadlines
I was just wondering, when you need to go to IC, when do you have to send the paper to the IC members? I'm asking because at my fund we have a really stupid deadline, like 6-7am on Friday morning, which means some seniors work until the very last minute and the whole team gets held up until then. You can go for another deadline, but that one is Friday at midnight, which again ruins your Friday night. Why can't they be normal and just do Thursday midnight or Friday

The deadline at my fund is Friday is COB and it’s common for people to be late and send it on Saturday, so it ruins both your Friday night and Saturday…
Ours is Saturday at noon…. Ruins Friday night and Saturday too because you’re too tired to do anything after staying up til 4am then getting up at 8 to turn last minute comments and final review for another 4 hours
