Success as an independent sponsor
I am looking for some insight around the challenges associated with going out on my own as an independent sponsor. I will be focused on LMM deals of $2M - $10M in EBITDA. How hard is it to get deals done? Is a 3x - 5x MOIC on a platform investment realistic? What are the odds of sustained success?
