Successful Comp Negotiations
VP at a MM fund that’s doing well. I’m getting significantly underpaid vs. market. Has anyone successfully negotiated comp up at mid-level (post-promotion / post-signing)? Heard of examples at more junior level. Any option outside of getting a new job?
