SWFs

Hi all, just seeing if anybody has intel on how SWFs recruit investment professionals. Particularly interested in the middle east SWFs (QIA, mubadala, etc.)

Any info on comp by level, investment process, culture, etc. would be helpful as well

good friend of mine is at a SWF rn. According to him, in the middle east they really just love ivy league guys. Seems like he’s making a killing bc his apartment is ridiculously nice but don’t have much other info.
