Technicals These Days?

It's been 4 years since I interviewed for PE and a couple since I left for corporate strategy. Thinking of trying my luck at making a return to PE.

Any changes to technicals in interviews in 2026 for laterals at Sr. Asso / VP level?

Few topics to be aware of:

-Are you okay not hitting the gym for 6/7 days during the week?
-Are you comfortable not talking to women for 24 months?
-Are you cool with likely getting kicked out after the associate program unless you suck the MD’s balls?
-Are you aware you will bald at an accelerating rate (debating to take finasteride / monoxidal while you juggle your hormones and hair line)?
