The most complicated public company you’ve ever modeled?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to banking, and trying get reps in my own time. I’m curious on what’s the most complicated public company situation (buy out , mergers, etc) that you’ve modeled, either in banking or PE please? (I’d like to train myself by modeling it in my own time, so any public company /mergers of public company situations would be much appreciated!)

Thank you
