Thesis - Impact of interest rate changes on PE funds

I'm a student and I want to writy my thesis about the impact of interest rate changes on PE funds (especially the willingness of such funds to pay more for their targets). I have a bit problem in finding relevant papers and literature which I can use as a structure...
Do so. of you have already done some research in this area and can name me some good sources?

Did you try googling 'interest rates and private equity'? Because like every result on the first page is relevant.
I did, but I need papers for that (from which I can use the empirical methods). At least, some kind of similar topics which I can transfer afterwards...
If you have access to a database like Cap IQ, you can run your own backtest (i.e. screen for M&A transactions of a certain size/sector and then just get a size weighted median EBITDA multiple or something for each year.)
thanks, I thought about such stuff, the problem is that I have to refer to existing papers in my thesis proposal. And since this kind of analysis is kind of new (we have such low interest rates only for the last few years), there aren't any related papers (at least, I could find sth.). So I hope, that so. here knows some papers which relates to valuation (especially PEs) and interest rate impact...
