Thoughts on Advent International

I was wondering if any of you has some direct experience or any view on advent in europe.
Talking very generally for every aspect (prestige/returns/deal size/overall culture and opportunities).
How would you compare it vs other US MFs (KKR/BX)?
Given an analyst stint at GS/JPM/MS M&A team - does it seems a good exit to you? (Looking for classic buyout fund).
