Very heavy sourcing for interns/new hires. As an intern, you'll essentially just be cold-calling/cold-emailing all day. When I interned, I was also very underpaid relative to my peers doing similar work. People within the company are hard workers, but the culture isn't that strong. Unclear promotional path from intern/analyst level
