Career Resources
Outside of O&G (where they are obviously strong), they have a great mezz group, but I wouldn't really consider it as a post-banking associate.

Solid RE team, I know one of the directors there. They primarily invest in student housing and have been pretty active recently.
Actually meeting with some guys from the PE and Mezz side this month. Will report back.

Bump. Anyone know anything about their Associate program? They seem to hire a fair bit out of undergrad?
any info?
Kayne has a growth equity group in LA that seems to hire undergrad and people with alternative backgrounds. Pretty sure that's a cold-calling group (a la Summit). The energy PE groups and hedge funds seem to hire more traditionally (i-bankers, sell-side analysts etc.)
Anyone know how well regarded their LA-based growth equity group is?
