Top secondaries shop to direct MM PE

I just finished my first year as an AN 1 at a top 10 secondaries shop. Very to similar to that of an alpInvest… my dream job is working in MM PE in Europe. My firm does a lot of coinvestments and continuation vehicles so plenty of underwriting on single businesses, and I’m really good at building waterfalls because of this job too. How can I best position myself for MM PE in Europe. The weathers better than North America, better attitude towards work life, and when you do take a couple days off you can be in Spain in 2 hours.

Any input on how I can get there? Recruiter advice, anyone who’s already made the move, etc. literally anything helps!
