Topics covered with Principals/MD/Partners during interviews

Does anyone have any insights on how the interviews change once you start talking with principals and more senior people? In my experience, talking to VPs + Senior Associates is more focused on the technical side. But what kinds of questions should I expect from more senior people? Are there any topics that I should prep better for?
