Tower Arch comp/WLB?

Hey guys, does anyone have any insight into comp/WLB for Tower Arch Capital in Utah? Or just any other info on the firm other than what I can read online? Seems like the best (or one of top 3) PE firm in Utah from what I can tell. Seriously interested in moving back to Utah for family reasons and and looking at options coming from an EB as an associate.

I believe bonus higher than this, but could be wrong. Also know that you get coinvest at the associate level.

Great place from a culture and WLB perspective, but they do require MBAs for VP+ and they only take a VP or two a year so with all of the Utah / BYU guys who want that seat there's actually quite a bit of politics and it's a very relationship driven career track role

Dang that’s low… how does this progress into VP? $175k total comp is WAY below market. WLB better be pristine

55-65 hours a week with worst weeks maybe being 70-75ish, definitely seems lighter on the hours side given they've hired consultants in the past and they're still in the LMM-MMish area so wouldn't expect killer hours there even during bad times

When I interned there a couple years ago comp was ~$180 all in as a first year associate. I believe they have bumped it since then with the recent fundraise, but truthfully I have no idea on the VP level.

Another data point if helpful would be that associates are allowed coinvest on a deal by deal basis. I think most associates invest ~$10k per deal

Also, FWIW I would feel pretty suffocated there if I wasn't LDS honestly, but completely understand the desire for the location!
