I can speak to Providence Equity — worked with them on a deal last year. People there are pretty smart and put together, but very kind and lenient (for PE) to work with.
Got a buddy at Providence, speaks very highly of the shop. WLB is average (think 60-80), comp is in line with market, perks are awesome (in house chef, flying first class, etc.). Not sure on deal flow.
