Depends on the strategy
Mostly MM direct lending, distressed debt, along with sector specific credit funds.
How comfortable would you feel right now if someone gave you a little information about a company, told you that you can ask some questions as needed and then asked you how much debt you’d put on the company, where in capital structure and how you’d price it?
I'd probably feel pretty comfortable on very basic questions of that type, but might struggle on the finer details. Any good guides with good example questions like that?
