UMM Modeling Test Bamboozle
HH (from a reputable firm) contacts me about a case study from a prominent UMM fund’s growth team for a ‘24 associate position. Amazing opportunity considering I missed out on on-cycle due to stacking deal experience / ironing out my technicals. I set the date for today (Sunday) and prepared the whole weekend to be sure I could complete the test in 1.5 hrs. At the time of the test, I never received the e-mail with the assumptions, and the HH is AFK / non-responsive. I’m extremely frustrated that my holiday weekend was consumed by a test I never got to take and that right now it feels like I could have been cut before the test. I’ve e-mailed the HH to reschedule tomorrow and hope we can figure this out on the day before the 4th of July. Has anyone experienced something like this before? If I end up not being able to interview, should I stop working with the HH?
