Using Solver for Excel Macros

Hi All,

I’m currently building a house model for renewables infrastructure deals where I want to run macros on multiple project proformas at once to solve for tax equity sizing to a flip yield, backleverage debt to certain sizing parameters, etc.

Looks like solver should work well for what I’m looking to do - for those familiar with solver, should I be using Simplex, GRG Nonlinear, or Evolutionary when dealing with large portfolio / platform models with multiple yield-based financing structures embedded within that I’d be using Solver to size

Thank you in advance!
