Valuation Analyst Private Equity - MF exit ops

I am considering an interview with a MF for a position within their Valuations team supporting PE. I have had internships in PE and currently am in a corp fin industry position. I have no exposure to the valuation side of PE and wanted to get people's perspective on the compensation, day to day life, and exit ops. I have tried to find previous forums on this topic, but I could only find information related to independent valuation firms (D&P) and none about MF.
