True - but then if you consider Austin TX vs NYCAnalyst at Vista's 200k > Insight 250kAssociate at Vista's 350k > Insights 400k? (not sure about this one)

Also at the junior level, I think basing a decision on pay is not wise. Learning, growth, wlb etc > short term pay that will be dwarfed and insignificant compared to later on senior level pay

 

What I care about the most tbh is pay and WLB

Also I was under impression, Vista pays signficnatly less at the analyst associate level. Much lower than 200k. But you would know since it seems like you're deciding between offers.

And I was also under same impression for Vista - but multiple sources confirm 95k base + 90k bonus (standardized) + 10k signing = 195 (close enough to 200 lol) for An1

Have also read 140+160 +50k phantom carry for associates, so around 325k is a reasonable average, which is roughly in line with MF Aso1 pay
