Vista vs Insight
Which one and why? I’m leaning towards vista more but would like to here everyone’s opinion. What I care about the most tbh is pay and WLB

Insight pays significantly more at junior levels
True - but then if you consider Austin TX vs NYCAnalyst at Vista's 200k > Insight 250kAssociate at Vista's 350k > Insights 400k? (not sure about this one)
Also at the junior level, I think basing a decision on pay is not wise. Learning, growth, wlb etc > short term pay that will be dwarfed and insignificant compared to later on senior level pay
Lol what.
Also I was under impression, Vista pays signficnatly less at the analyst associate level. Much lower than 200k. But you would know since it seems like you're deciding between offers.
Agree with the Lol what
And I was also under same impression for Vista - but multiple sources confirm 95k base + 90k bonus (standardized) + 10k signing = 195 (close enough to 200 lol) for An1
Have also read 140+160 +50k phantom carry for associates, so around 325k is a reasonable average, which is roughly in line with MF Aso1 pay
Do you have offers from these? Are you in a process?
Answer depends on what you have on the table
