VP Middle Office Role at MM PE - Comp Insight?
Recently received a VP offer from a middle market PE firm supporting fundraising and data analytics (non-investment team). TC is $220 cash with small upside in profit sharing vehicle. Is this cash comp light for market at VP? 8 YOE with 5 years at MM PE prior. Seems harder to find middle office comp insight compared to front office.
