Waiting Until Marriage?

Hey monkeys! Currently dating a girl I plan on proposing to before I turn 25. My question is should I wait to do on-cycle recruiting until after marriage?

I don’t want to be an unavailable fiancé because I am busy recruiting. I would rather lock her in and then grind for PE.

Lmk thoughts. I know people rush PE recruiting, but I think waiting makes sense for me. What have yall done?
