Western tech investments?

All,

I have a pretty cool opportunity to talk with a partner at Western Technology Investments about opportunities and was wondering if anyone had any perspective on the firm.

I contact of mind set me up with the meeting and he tends towards hyperbole, making this sound like an amazing firm. Everything I've found seems enticing, however, I wanted to get the general perception from this group.
