What Banker Processes Need Updating/Automating?

Not for their sake, but for yours? What's old fashioned or needlessly manual in the deal execution process that banks should update?

  • CIMs sent in hard copy?
  • Inability to send/receive text messages?
  • "Please find attached version XVII of the Project [] WGL"?
  • Physical signature pages?
  • Lack of file sharing software (for collaborating on models, docs)?
  • Other stuff?

I'm pretty sure that's exactly what DealSite does. Desktop and mobile WGL application for IB/PE, secure, with full Outlook import / export and email/calendar widgets. Some of the banks I work with use it and it's great.
