Are you asking what the first year annual review and second year annual review looked like? Or just if we have had multiple reviews like a mid year and final year review, what were they like?
Just had my mid year and it was very good. Was surprised/relieved, was so in my head about it
Same situation. Had no idea how it would go but was pleasantly surprised to get only positive feedback all around. It can be easy to get into your head and assume they have higher expectations of you than they really do.
