What does total comp look like for the private equity teams of Canadian pension funds (CPPIB, OTPP, etc.)?
Curious about what TC looks like at both the Associate and Principal level relative to other funds.

Career Resources
A solid 100K for base salary with at least $25K bonus. Works out to a great hourly wage for people who work like 40 hours a week and rely on Brookfield to do all their diligence and source deal flow.
Helpful reference point, thank you! Although this seems like it would be the Analyst level (post-undergrad), right? Any idea on what the post-MBA level looks like (Associate)?
There is a thread on Canadian comp from last year that was helpful on this.
Associate: 200-300
Senior Associate: 300-400
Principal: 400-600
Pretty underwhelming considering you're also talking CAD, higher taxes, higher property prices. Pretty big discount to U.S. wages and lifestyle.
