What kind of book do you guys read (PE)?

Like the title, what book do you guys/your peers/your bosses leisurely read to expand your mind professionally in this industry?
My MD frequently orders books from PEI's bookstore, cost him at least $400 - $500 a pop but the content is quite difficult for a junior like me to comprehend.

I'm reading Big Deals by Bruce Wasserstein.
