What next?

So guys, am two beers in and sat on the beach having spent the last couple of weeks at a PortCo (LMM space). For those of us working our way through an associate program what’s next?

For me personally, I like my fund and the people I work with so I guess I will stay as long as team composition broadly stays the same, comp keeps going up and as long as I guess they want to keep me. No pressure to do a MBA. I guess I’d consider a move to the Middle East in some capacity because the comp is amazing?
