What the hell is a 3 Model Statement
I am a fledgling finance student. Sorry I thought being a lawyer would be fun at first. Anyways I keep running across this and am hoping for some insight. I keep getting the basic accounting statements without any future modeling. If you could send a link I would appreciate it.

It's a 3 statement model. You basically create a fully functioning 3 statement model. You can run sensitivities and see how it impacts each statement.
